The best part? Every batch is unique! Depending on what we have in the pantry, we mix things up with different add-ins, making this an easy and adaptable recipe.
Easy Rocky Road Clusters Recipe
🥄 Ingredients:
- 250g chocolate, melted
- 250g marshmallows, chopped
- Candy bananas, chopped
🥄 Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Dollop spoonfuls onto a baking paper-lined tray.
- Chill in the fridge until set.
💡 No need to worry about storage—these never last long enough for leftovers!
Fun Variations to Try:
⭐ Add a few tablespoons of peanut butter to the melted chocolate for a nutty twist.
