High-Protein Breakfast Scramble
Ingredients:
– 4 large eggs (24g protein)
– 1/2 cup egg whites (12g protein)
– 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, diced (20g protein)
– 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional) (7g protein)
Instructions:
1. Heat pan.
2. Add the diced chicken breast, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until the chicken is heated through.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, and egg whites.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan with the chicken.
5. Cook, stirring frequently, until the eggs are scrambled and fully cooked.
6. Optionally, sprinkle with shredded cheese and let it melt before serving.
