A Stunning One-Day Bloom – My Beautiful Cactus Surprise

I have a small, low-maintenance cactus garden in my front rockery, and while it’s a bit of a half-hearted attempt, one particular cactus makes it all worthwhile.

For just one day each year, it bursts into bloom, revealing a stunning purply-pink flower with soft, almost translucent petals.

This brief but breathtaking display always creates excitement in my home, as we rush to grab our cameras and capture its fleeting beauty once again.
