Yum Yums

It is autumn here, and has just started to turn cold, which means lots of yummy stews, pies and pasties, and deliciously rich foods.

I taught myself how to batter and fry fish this month, something I have wanted to learn for ages. I have always been scared of deep frying anything, as I don’t have a fancy machine, I just do it in a saucepan on the gas stove. I am really glad that I conquered that fear, as it has become a family favourite on a Friday night.

My crumbed fish (Basa, I cut it up into chunks), croissants, and cloud like scones.
