Baked Vienna

Oh boy! I think I have a new comfort food, this baked Vienna loaf is scrumptious!

I simply cut the top off a Vienna loaf, and hulled it out. I sprinkled the base with grated cheese to give it more structure, but you could skip this step if you preferred. I filled this loaf with my bolognaise mixture that I use for pastas and lasagnes, and then topped it with grated cheese.

I baked it at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.

I also sliced the leftover bread up, buttered it, sprinkled it with garlic and popped it in the oven to cook alongside the loaf for a yummy garlic bread.
