A snapshot today of my weekly meals.
For a sweet treat I baked Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies, a favourite in my house. I have also been making a lot of Baked Cob Loaves, another favourite. I am unable to buy the cob loaves at the moment, due to limited supplies (Covid-19), so I think that will be the first thing I make once we are at the other side of 2020. I have also been using my slow cooker a fair bit lately, not because it is lovely cold weather, but rather because it is revoltingly hot, and too icky to be cooking in the evening. It also serves us well, as I can buy the rubbish bits of meat and they come up beautifully in a stew or casserole.
