On The Breakfast Plate This Morning…

A litre of water with fresh lemon, followed by an instant coffee.

Right Now I Am…

Watching “The Great British Bake Off” as I type this up.

On My Bedside Table…

Dust, water, two books, and my mobile phone.

On My Reading Pile…

“Heart and Craft” by Valerie Parv.

Movies Or Shows I Watched This Weekend…

“The Great British Bake Off” keeps me company in the evenings as I write or potter about.

On The Menu This Week…

Monday: Grilled sausages with cheesy mashed potatoes.

Tuesday: Grilled fish with steamed vegetables.

Wednesday: Steamed vegetables with cheese sauce.

Thursday: Toad in the Hole with steamed vegetables.

Friday: Spaghetti bolognaise

Saturday: If It’s (if it is there you can eat it).

Sunday: Homemade deep fried fish and chips.

On My To Do List..

Finish editing my manuscript.

Start my entry for the Furphy writing competition.

In The Craft Basket…

I am knitting squares 17 stitches by 14 rows. When I have a couple of hundred of them, I plan to stitch them together into a quilt. It is a great way to use up my leftover balls of wool. And a good excuse to buy more!

Looking Forward To…

Furious Fiction starts on Friday!

Looking Around My House…

I need to organise Wyatt’s bedroom, we got a double bed delivered yesterday and I need to move his room around so that it will fit in there.

From My Camera…

Some scarves I knitted up this week.

My Simple Pleasure…

The first coffee of the day.

Favourite Quote…

You don’t need anybody to complete you. You are a whole on your own, you are not a fraction if you are single, you are still a complete whole person.

First of all those scarves are beautiful! Great idea about the quilt – to use up the leftover yarn.
A liter of water with fresh lemon, yep I should do that too.
    Have a great week
