A bottle of icy water with lemon juice for taste. Will have some toast or porridge a bit later on.

Movies Or Shows I Watched This Weekend…

I finally got around to watching Crazy Rich Asians, and I loved it! I would watch this again and again, it was so funny!

On My TV This Week…

“Epic” on Amazon Prime plays in the background as I exercise each morning. It is my treat, as long as I am walking on the treadmill, I get to watch it.

On My To Do List..

Finish editing my manuscript.

Get my manuscript sent off to the publisher.

Grocery shopping.

In The Craft Basket…

Place cards for my birthday party.

Bonbons for my birthday party.

Centrepieces for the table for my birthday party.

Looking Forward To…

The day when my toddler is finally toilet trained.

Looking Around My House…

So many things need replacing, it is the bane of the homeowner. This week alone my double carport door has fallen off the hinges (due to the extreme heat, the dirt is so dry everything has shifted), and the clothesline has snapped. Both need replacing. Both will need to wait, neither are in my budget for a good twelve months or longer. Currently there is rope strung up for a clothesline, I think it is rather rustic, and it works just as well.

From My Camera…

Less than five minutes after taking this photo, this dust storm had completely swamped my house, you couldn’t see anything, even the sun had vanished. It was eerie, and sadly, we are seeing these storms more and more, as it is so dry here. We have not had rain in over twelve months. We have had a few spits here and there, but they dry before reaching the ground.

My Simple Pleasure…

My post exercise coffee, bliss!

I almost picked up The Crazy Rich Asians book in the library. Maybe I’ll grab it next time, haven’t seen the movie. Prayers for rain for you and your area. Hope you have a great week!
