Are the winter blues creeping in? Here are 12 quick and easy ways in which you can help promote positivity.

  1. For every worst case scenario that you can think of, imagine the best thing that could happen.
  2. Go for a walk.
  3. Spend a few minutes imagining your dream life. Write is all down and plan how to get there.
  4. Laugh loudly and often.
  5. Choose a mantra for yourself.
  6. Do one simple thing everyday that fills your heart with joy.
  7. Write down your values, what is most important in your life?
  8. Remember that other peoples opinions say more about themselves than they say about you.
  9. Question the negative thoughts, could the opposite be true?
  10. Unfollow and unfriend any negativity around you.
  11. Create your happy, positive playlist that you can listen to whenever you feel down.
  12. Write yourself a love letter, telling yourself how amazing you are.
