Quick Cards

I had the urge to do some cards today, not having made any for ever so long. Happy to report that my creative juices are once again flowing!¬†As I am a demonstrator for Stampin’ Up!, most of the inks and stamps are from their range, and the papers are from my stash, some of which are roughly 14 years old.

I made six quick cards today, a masculine one for Christmas, one for Valentines Day, one for Easter, and three generic ones.

cards (1)The large red paper has been embossed using the Tufted Dynamic embossing folder from Stampin’ Up!, everything else has been hand drawn or is from my stash.

cards (2)The blue papers have all been embossed with the Seaside Textured embossing folder from Stampin’ Up!, everything else has come from my stash.

cards (3)The three main papers have all been embossed with the Woodland Textured embossing folder from Stampin’ Up!, and then highlighted with Stampin’ Up! inks in Bermuda Bay and Pacific Point. The bunny is from the Bunny Builder Punch and the Best Bunny Stamp bundle set, also from Stampin’ Up!

cards (4)The honeycomb was made with the Stampin’ Up! Hexagons Dynamic embossing folder, the little boy (based on my son) was created with Stampin’ Up! Family and Friends stamp set, the words are from the Stampin’ Up! Amazing Life stamp set, and everything else is from my stash.

cards (5)The main piece is embossed with the Pinewood Planks from Stampin’ Up!, everything else is from my stash.

cards (6)The yellow card is embossed using the Tufted Dynamic embossing folder from Stampin’ Up!, as with the first card. The teapot was embossed using the Hexagons Dynamic from Stampin’ Up!, as in two cards above. Everything else is from my stash.

I got a box full of Stampin’ Up! goodies in the mail yesterday, so now I am off to play!
