I love to bake, and finding myself with a free day recently, I decided to make a pizza cake for my son.
This is 100% edible; a vanilla cake with fondant, frosting, grated chocolate and assorted lollies, to resemble the cheese and toppings of an actual pizza.
We love how it turned out, and can’t wait to make another.
